PackageStatusTracker: Copyright Policy

PackageStatusTracker has adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”).

Procedure for Submitting a DMCA Notice

Please submit the following information: (1) a signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright; (2) identification of the material being infringed; (3) identification of the material claimed to be infringing such that PackageStatusTracker can locate the material; (4) contact details about the notifier, including full name, address, phone number, and email; (5) a statement that the notifier has a good faith belief the material as used is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement made under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and the notifier is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

PackageStatusTracker’s Policy

It is PackageStatusTracker’s policy to remove access to infringing material. We will notify the submitter of such material that it has been removed and will terminate repeat offenders.

Procedure for Submitting a Counter-Notice

If you believe PackageStatusTracker has removed material that is not infringing, you may provide a counter-notice with sufficient information setting forth that the removal was made in error.
